Thanks to Neutrogena and Crowdtap, I had the opportunity to try Neutrogena's new eye shadow. I love it! It is so neutral, yet dresses my look up just the right amount. It has detailed application directions on the back of the package to the perfect look on your first try. This eye shadow is the perfect formulation to stay put while not feeling chalky or heavy. It is smooth, silky, and quite perfect. In my opinion, Neutrogena went above and beyond to create the perfect eye shadow!
